House Point System

I need some sort of Hogwarts themed house point system created for my forums.
This is not a paid request.

Basically, if someone in a house receives an infraction, the whole house loses 5 points. If the user receives a +rep, then the whole house gets 5 points added.

It would be in PHP (obviously), maybe with other things

Anyone able to do this?
