<font color="navy">I already added a new section in the CP menu but I need all the requirements for the new page like templates, hooks and stuff. I think I need a new template created for this too? Ive searched and onyl found adding a new main page, not control panel page. Seems you have to pull in the CP menu and other stuff on your new CP page.

The Admin CP pages are not template-based, but are file-based. The reason for this is that just incase the template system goes down.

<font color="navy">Oh sorry but I am meaning the member's user control panel. I modified the USERCP_SHELL and think I need to do the USERCP possibly but that link for the admin cp is a great help for another part of this project Im adding in, Thanks .

So now I have my new page loading upon the click on the new menu items but it wont load all the control panel menu on the new page. It only does from Private Messages on down.</font>
