Thread Sorting question

Is there a way to set the default option for thread (Thread Display Options) viewing for users to "Linear Oldest first"? If so where is that setting located?

Currently in a users CP it defaults to "Linear Newest First" but I need it to default to "Linea Oldest first' without the user having to change anything. So is there an ad min setting or code hack for this?

Hey........Its under the main Vbulletin Options tab...(the first tab on the left of the control panel) then find "user registration" its at the bottom of that page you have to change it to "linear oldest first"...

what this does is set all new registrations to have all new post default to linear oldest first.

Why it is not set this way to begin with I do not know.....since all forums are laid out this way.

Let me know if you still need help / can't find it

As far as I know, the old users have to change it within their CP .That's the only way I could figure out how to do it. I just put up an announcement and told the old users how to do it.
