extra validation page after email confirmed

Hey,

I want to add a page to my forum that requests information when users have confirmed their email successfully. They have to get this question right before their account is fully apporved. I don't know how to go about doing this. I'm a pretty good PHP programmer but didn't want to edit any code myself as vbulletin is some beast of a yoke. Any plugins ready made for me :-)?
