Dual Usertitles

I don't know if this has been done before. But I am looking for a mod that adds a section usertitle to the postbit. Reason for this is I want it so one can have the rank name and the other can have what the user wishes to add.

Could anyone help me out with this? I would imagine it would be pretty simple to do, though I don't have the programming skills to make it myself yet.
