Now, if you follow this hack, i can see its got essentially what i'm looking for. A user input that should in theory change their own individual user color.

My first question would be, how can i make this a viable hack in vbulletin 3.6.5?
And secondly - how can i make it so the input is only visible to the moderator/super moderator/admin user groups.

HTML input, like in the usergroup admin would also be useful.

Someone on this forum said this wasnt possible, but if, at the very least, that hack could be done in 3.5, why not 3.6?
