Copy and Paste with wysiwyg is not comfortable

i am using wysiwyg as default post for all user

i just have one problem, it is not comfortable for copy and paste

with internet explorer 6.0 : there is no copy pop up window

with latest mozila firefox : there is no paste pop up window

so user must click ctrl+C to copy and ctrl+V for paste, but not everyone now that keyboard shortcut

i want copy and paste menu in pop up window, how to do that
