I noticed some vBulletin boards allow you to highlight text in what you type and you can click the "B" and it will automatically bold it in the text before you hit submit.
But other vBulletin boards when you click the "B" for bold it puts [ b ] [ /b ] around the text. I've noticed that this can really throw off the spacing in posts and is annnoying and harder to read. Anyone know how to change that so it bolds it right in the message as you type it out before you hit submit? Thank you |

You're referring to the WYSIWYG editor.
I can't remember off hand exactly where it's set.... I think it can be found under the default registration options. |

I wasn't able to find it. I want to set it as a default for the entire board. I logged into the VB Control Panel to see where it could be. My guess is under vBulletin Options somewhere.

A little bit of common sense would be in order....
Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options |
