Does anyone or has anyone know how to integrate Mantis Bugtracker and Vbulletin 3.6.x

So that the mantis bugtracker user information and privileges are synced you can only register for Mantis by registering for the forums and being given permission to be updated to a higher user.

That's called 'vBulletin Project Tools', and it is going to be released soon. It will cost you, of course.
