Can someone help me find the hack that allows a user to quickly sign in under a different name/account?

I cannot seem to find the link.

Any user ideally. I was hoping for something that I can enable via usergroup.

No I searched for quick user change and didn't find what I was looking for.

I just located QAS and will give that a try.
