HELP! Database Error

Hey vbulletiners,
I've ran into a little bit of a problem & i'm needing some help. I have a database error problem and not sure how to fix it so I am hoping you all can me out a little bit. It happened when I was installing a hack, PhotoPost is the hack. I don't think it had anything to do with the database error, considering the details of it.

Database error in vBulletin :
