Help with navbar and new reply/new post.

Hi. I changed my server one week ago and update to 3.6.8 and now, navbar and this screen changed to a old style?

This is a bad installation fo the 3.6.8 update???

Nobody knows what is the problem?? Maybe a JavaSript Fail??? Corrupted Files??
