Hi,
I have my forums directly in the root of my site like example.com I realize most people have their forums located at example.com/forums My site is not big at all so I was thinking I should move the forums, in case my site ever grows to more than just being forum site. I was thinking I could just redirect traffic from my index page to the example.com/forums location anyhow. Please let me know your thoughts on this, and any advantages or disadvantages.... Thanks, appreciate it.. |

There shouldn't be any advantages/disadvantages to it, it'll stay the same whichever way you put it, just that it's a different directory.
