i see that when i upload an attachment it goes to my database .. how do i make it go to a folder in my ftp ?

Go to your admincp > attachments > attachment storage type

Your server has PHP's SAFE_MODE enabled. You can not move attachments to files while SAFE_MODE is enabled. Please contact your host and ask them to consider disabling it if you wish to use the file system for attachments.

Hi ppl, if your Host running on Safe mode, note is not by default for many hosting companys, you can disabaled on your Admincp or you create on attachments folder one folder name "ec_tmp" and give permissions or chmod 777. Have a nice day. regards

I'm not 100% sure it will work, but you can disable safe mode in PHP per directory with .htaccess.
Just create a file called .htaccess with: Code:
php_value safe_mode "1" |
