Question about post cache

When you create a new hack that uses a custom BBCode like [picture] [/picture] for example. What do you need to do to make it so if you Rebuild Post Cache from the AdminCP. What's in-between the new custom BBCode tags still remains displayed in posts, and doesn't disapear after you "Rebuild Post Cache" in the admin cp.
