delete all users except admin and next registered user is id 2

Basically I had a forum and I deleted all the users, I want to clear everything out with the user db and start over so that the next person who signs up is user id 2. Also is there a way to clear all the pm's from the previous users? I want to keep everything I've done to the forum but start fresh with a new user database.
