Message is too short . lengthen ur message

hello there can any 1 tell me how to solve this problem i m having on ma forum . when someone write words less then 10 it shows an errror like:

"message is too short .please lengthen ur message to 10 words atleasts"

how can i set it this word value to 1 or o or disbale it

can any 1 help me please ?
