Edit button error on first click?

Recently, after a few changes, I'm running into an issue with the edit button in posts.

Any user, not just Mods or Admins, have the issue.

If you want to click to edit the post, an error comes up in IE:

Line: 172
Char: 4
Error: 'null' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: ...........

Then click on it again and you can edit without a problem.

What would cause this? Where do I even start looking?
