wrap calendar threats/posts in monthly view

Hi,
Target:
in the calendar view (monthly) only show a definde counts of x-characters, if the word is very long.

Background
if notes in the calendar have more than 16 characters, the calender is very width and goes over the righ border, if we use a portal like vbadvanced or vbcms.

possible solution:
in vbulletin is the possibility for forum threats to wrap the text
Threat display options (showthreat):
" Number of Characters Before Wrapping Text
If you want posts to automatically insert spaces into long words to make them wrap after a certain number of characters, set the number of characters in the box above.

If you do not want this to occur, enter 0."

a very long word is shown with "..." in the middle
e.g.: "http://www.vbhacks-germ...526" instead of "http://www.vbhacks-germany.org/showthread.php?t=8526".

A general cut or border for the count of characters is not usefull, because in the weekly view of the calendar is enough space. Also if we open the calendar post, we want to see the whole post.

Has somebody a solution?
