Board Login Modification wanted ($$$ Bid please)

I am interested in using the vbulletin board and integrating it with a website I am creating. I wanted to know if it is possible that I have a user login to my website and then pass that information to the board, via API or another interface, so the user does not have to login to the board? Or would it be better to have the boards database to hold the login information and then create a session ID to pass between the board and my website?

I have a basic structure for the board function/layout. I am not very technical but do have a someone that can follow up with you if this is something you could do If we can have the user login on my website, then the user will come to the board with a $_SESSION['userid']. The board will then be able to access my website database with that information for their Display user name (this name will be unique) on the board and any other user information (location(state,county),email,phone,etc..) to appear in their post or contact information for that user.

Basically when a user comes to the board they will see a general list of topic boards with their sub-categories. Under NEED ADVICE ABOUT, POST/READ, and A PLACE FOR CAREGIVERS> Need Advice; you will see that there is a break down based on their STATE and COUNTY. For example if you have a profile and look at the board you will see, in those categories ONLY those boards which relate to your State or County. You will also see a general board "General Advice needed" that everyone will see no matter where they are located. This will allow users to ask or get specific information related to their State or County as well ask general questions of everyone.

I know that the board has the ability to send blind mail(mail using a text form from the site name to the user). Is this mail saved for the user to read as well on the board. Can we disable that feature so it only sends the mail but does not save it? I don't want to get into managing the mail for the board and mail for the other part of the site.

I would also like in the POST/READ areas(these are the areas where the help wanted and help offered ads will be) that any previous post be auto deleted, but the rest of the board will fuction as normal boards do,,,not auto deleting the previous posts..

If you are interested in this do you have any problems or concerns with any of the above or the below layout? Can you modify your board to accomodate this, if so what would the price and timeline be?
