Hey guys I'm looking to add some ads for example here right before the first thread, all I'm looking to do is have a Sponsored link their redirecting them to the sponsors site. How do I go about doing this?

Second of all for SEO purposes I'd like to add a customised google search engine to my for the advance search.

Lastly I'm thinking of purchasing vbseo for my forum and was wondering what is the best way to have the urls. Like - http://www.talkfitness.org/supplemen...pplements.html

or http://www.talkfitness.org/supplemen...pplements.html

or should which one of those with a .htm ending,

overall which would be the best setting for the urls, I was just wondering.
