Suggestions

I posted this on vbulletin.com and I would like to know if these changes can be made before getting vbulletin.

1. Each post to include the parent message's author in format [Re: User] (like in UBB threads) and also the parent post's number [Re: User (#X)]. This would make threaded and hybrid mode almost unnecessary.

2. Additional column for the threads authors in forumdisplay to be added, removal of the second row of the thread column and titles' underlining and increasing the font size of the titles.

3. All fonts to be changed to Arial.

4. The font size of the hybrid/threaded frame titles to be increased and italic/underline formatting removed.

5. The menus to open immediately on click without the animation that slows down opening.

6. The option to preview message bodies by pointing over the thread title does not work good with firefox. I suggest the use of a neat script named overlib: http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/

7. Unregistered users to be able to view profiles.

8. Private messages: it would be good if they can be deleted before they are read. Also to be possible to receive read receipts without recipient's action. Both options are available in IPB and phpBB.

9. Ability for the admin to reserve list of usernames without making registrations for each of them through the regular way (IPB feature).

10. I would change the default options for unregistered users to be able to post and download attachments.

11. Probably I would add an option to view all messages in a thread, not just selected pages.

12. I like this board and I think it deserves a better name than vBulletin.

13. Just an idea regarding spam control - I would like to have my board opened for unregistered users. Some forums have the option to change the name of the file used for posting messages - can I change it to avoid bots?

14. Different colors for visited and not visited links.
