Select group of members each have their own Forum

We would like to offer a select group(100?) of our members to each have their own Forum, which would serve as their Portfolio area, to prepare article drafts of content, prior to and hidden from other members till it is ready for posting in the forums, or made available to the editors for web-site publication.
Members need to have full editing capabilities in their own forum, where their journal and multiple articles are stored and referenced.
They would need to have the capability of hiding or making threads viewable, through links in the members general forum posts, or for website view access, if desired.

User groups containing one user, each with their own special Forum?
