Default Blocking regions/countries
I'm trying to figure out how to block certain regions or countries from my forums since my forum is geared to my local community in the US (Northern Virginia). I found this website (http://www.hostip.info/use.html) that has an api for determining the location of an ip address and returning a string of information. Is this already built into vbulletin where I can say something along the lines of if guest ip is within a range, don't allow guest to register?
