I am trying to set up my forum so that people who are not yet fully approved members (i.e., members in the various stages of the registration process) are invisible in "Who's Online," but once they are approved, they are visible and cannot choose to be invisible.
I had this set up in an earlier version of vB, but I can't figure out how to do it in 3.6.4. If I set the default option to "invisible" so that people are invisible when they register, I have to change them back to "visible" manually when I approve them. Is there some sort of default invisibility setting that can be set for each usergroup? I know I can change each usergroup's option to be invisible, but I actually need to be able to simply make them visible or invisible. If not, could anyone point me to or help with a hack? Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer... |
