User Notes - need quick help

Hello,
I'm having a huge problem, becouse of "noughty" users, they post hundreds of notes, to my moderators, and super moderator.

They have a problem with delating them.

I need a hack that allow to check all notes on viewed site, and delete them (just the way like it is with the posts). A capcha verification for posting a Note would be nice too.

Anyone saw a hack like this for vB 3.6.4 ? Please help
