How to localize arcade into Chinese?

Hi,

I want to localize arcade into Chinese simplified. In the /upload/arcade/lang directory of the zip file, I found language files for _en, _de, etcs.

Suppose I took _en as template and convert all english strings into Chinese simplified, what should be the filename to save it? I suspect the filename of language pack is synthesised somewhere in the code, because I found in the admincp there is a place to set one of those languages.

In admincp, there is no 'Simplified Chinese' option. How can I add it after I conver all strings into Simplified Chinese?

Another issue is about CHT, chinese traditional. How can I convert Simplified Chinese into Chinese traditional? I know there are one-to-one mapping relations for every chinese character in these two encoding sets.
