Task Managment?

Exist there any hack which support a kind of Task Managment?

What this means?

User can do tasks"jobs or something like that".

The idea is behind this, there exists different tasks like reading a post, answering questions or posting something etc.

I have a training board so I could help newbies to get into all that stuff.
