When Merging, how to save the new & old thread IDs?

I am considering merging two vBulletin 3.6.4 forums together.

Forum A will be merged in to Forum B

I want to know how it would be possible to be able to save the old thread IDs from Forum A along with the new thread ID that will be created on Forum B. I would need them in an excel file or something. Is this something that can be done easily, or something that can be coded to be done?
