OK I have seen this on a few forum's where they have either added a glow effect around certain words in the forum description or made the forum title a different colour, I already have the glow effect for the forum categories but I was wondering it there was a way you could do it for forum titles and their descriptions

You can add html into the forum name in the forum manager if you just want certain parts to be highlighted, otherwise you will need to edit templatesbut then they will all display the same.
