N00b integration question

Ok, so I'm working on coding something here, a 3rd party script if you wil, and I'm pretty decent at PHP/MySQL, but i haven't studied too much on Vbulletin. How would the code look if I wanted to check if a person is logged in or not, and if they are, display a certain page based on their info?

(You can omit the basic PHP stuff like, if, bla bla. I mainly just need the vbulletin code part.)
