I finally hit on what I think is the perfect solution for targeted banners in categories and forums.

Not just AdPeeps alone but a modified version from them that works seamlessly with vBulletin and is completely menu driven with of course all the features that AdPeeps provides. You simply put in a small bit of code in your template and you are done. In AdPeeps you simply create your campaign and then choose the category or forum ID you wish to run the ads in. Very slick!

They are committed to helping their customers achieve their needs and the price for the script is well worth the little money charge. After I purchased the software I talked to them on the phone (yes, the phone) and told them my requirements. Three days later they had a solution for me that was a perfect fit with vbulletin.
