How do I set up my forum so that Admins (or even Moderators) get instant email notification when a new thread has been created? All I can find is the option to instantly notify a user when a post has been made to a thread they are subscribed to...

AdminCP -> Forums & Moderators -> Edit Forum -> Moderation Options -> Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Thread
