Many of my users are having problems logging in. They log in and enter their password. it tells them thank you for signing on. then it kicks them right back to the login screen. they repeat the steps over and over and after several tries it may or may not let them log on. I have told them to click the remember me box and to change their internet settings to check for new page on each visit.

is their a solution to this problem. thanks

That's a cookie problem, are your cookie settings correct, have you changed them recently ?

no i never changed them. how should they be set.

In ACP > vBulletin Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options

Now check these two settings:

Path to Save Cookies is set to "/"

Cookie Domain is set to .yourdomain.com or .net or whatever it is.
