Adding Navbar Links v3.6.0

Hi gang newb here with editing php code.

I am currently running version 3.6.0 and I would like to know how I can add links in the navigation bar. For instance, I run a Photo Gallery and Classifieds through a 3rd party program. They both use my vb user database so it's pretty seamless when they go from one to the other.

I'd like to put these links under Quick Links.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
