Hello one and all. I run the forum over at TheICE.co.uk. The idea is that it's the global homepage/network page for a number of sites that I have planned for launch over the next 12 months, all using the same login details.
Due to the nature of the forum, and how it will be used for multiple sites, I'm looking to be able to split the forumhome page up into different sections, say, with only categories 1 and 2 (and of course, all the forums within them categories) being displayed on the main page, and on a separate page, having categories 3 and 4 display. I guess you could say it's similar to what has been done on this site, with the main 'forum' section being separate from the 'mods' section. Is anything like this easy to do? Less important, although still handy, would be the ability to edit the nav bar so that the first item on it is a link to the forumhome of whatever section the user happens to be in. Thank you for your time ![]() |
