The author of that modification removed it from the site.
However, with the forthcoming release of 3.6.0 (currently available as an unstable/unsupported beta version) RSS Feeds functionality is included by default.
It's included but it's a cheap half featured imitation. You can find the real deal if you look for it.
Thats your personal opinion, I personally disagree. vBulletin's RSS Manager works great for my site, I am experiencing one template bug when I use it, but I think that is due to modifications on my end.

I have to say I liked the update you made to VeloCD's opensource articlebot hack for vb 3.5.x and have yet to change, now I have to pay to access this for support and newer versions ? is that even legal to take an opensource project update it some and enhance, then start charging on the next big version number ? I guess if you have permission and its all above board then thats fine but I do find it quite unethical and certainly against the vb.org grain of past to take what was released as open source and convert it to a paid hack, the vb.org comunity is really going to go to the dogs if this is the way its going to go forward.
