I have looked and searched but still cant find the mod for multi-quote, does any one have the direct link to this mod?

A tip: use the Advanced Search and select "Search Titles only" for a more effective search

ones for 2.2.x and the others for 3.0.6

he specifically asked for 3.5.4 as what i am looking for too
