ibProArcade in Navigation Question

I was editing the navigation and removed the code that links to the arcade. I have completely removed and recreated the navigation bar, but I have lost the original code to the navigation that contained the code to link to the arcade. I can't exactly reinstall it because the original navigation is gone. Can anybody help me out with this?
