Supermods - ban, close thread, etc.

Mod - close threads, edit threads, etc...

im asking

supermod's have a certain ammount of power

moderator's have less ammount of power

Like right now if a SuperMod wanted to they can make themselves ADMIN

The rank hierarchy is as follows:
Super Administrators
Administrators
Super Moderators
Moderators

The only people who can change Usergroup Status are Administrators.
