Can I get rid of the reputation confirmation dialogue?

Howdy all - I have two reputation questions for you. I posted at vBulletin.com too, but no luck there so far.

First, I'd like to get rid of the little confirmation window (attached) that pops up when you give someone reputation. I've scoured the templates for any sign of it, but no joy yet. The phrase it uses is called reputationadd, but searching for that in the templates doesn't turn up anything.

The second part is related. I have rep displayed in text rather than use the green gem things. Whenever someone gives another user rep, after the dialogue box mentioned above pops up and they click "OK" the reputation display is back to using the gems until they refresh.

Any help with either of these items would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
