OOPS! I screwed something up bad

Hope this is in the right place, I apologize in advance if not. I just tried updating to 3.6 from 3.5.4 and must have made some sort of install mistake. My site www.allmetalforums.com/forums/ has gone totally haywire. I'm getting tons of errors about all sorts of different things (for example, the homepage error is as follows). If anyone can help me get this straightened out I would really appreciate it (and so would my forum members who are probably freaking out right now). Thanks in advance!

Admin section error example:
