Does a hack exist for this use? If I had to remove posts from one user in the forum, is there a way to do so without clicking on them one by one?

Admin Control Panel > Threads & Posts > Prune >

At the bottom you can prune by username.
You can prune by forum , or from all forums.

This is a default vbulletin feature.
