Add Date to Thread Title

I was wondering how I would make it so when a user makes a new thread in a certain forum... it will automatically add the date before the thread title. Say I made a thread titled vBulletin. I'd want it to display as "July 24, 2006 - vBulletin".

Anyone know how?
