Custom Page Wont work in other schemes

I create a custom page following this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=98009
And its create ready to be edited but it will only work in one scheme and when you attempt to view it in another scheme you either get a nothing just blank white page or you get something mentioning cookies.
How do i change the code so it will work in any scheme?
