Attachment problem.

Hello,

I own a Vb and its a 3.5x.

I went into my attachments, and I found .zip and i changed the max file upload size to 4Gbs, due to people will be uploading their music to m forums, on there thread,f or people to download from a ZIP file.. HOw ever it says it changed and all, but when I upload a zip file that is like 2MB's, it says failed. A million people have tried it, and is getting uploading errors..
and advice on how to fix this would be great!
