Default Upload Mod
Im currently in charge of a site that is doing alot of gaming development. I dont want to change the forums to allow every file type for the public forums. I also want to prevent users from deleting attachments or files in that forum.

In break down I need to create a feature that allows for uploads only into a folder without allowing deletes.

This doesnt have to be done in vbulletin but would usefull.
