Any mod out there for subscribe to all.

If someone wants to subscribe to any new post on the whole forums, where he/she will get an email everytime there is (which I think would be a killer of floods to their email box) a new post on the forums.

Is there a hack out yet? I have searched the forums here and can't find one anywhere. If you have come across one or one isn't in out there I would support whomever wants to make it!
