Need Help, uninstaling vbPortal

I have unistalled vbportal, as so it seems, but there is still a big problem, i can't edit users or andthing, i get:

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

it seems im missing some step of the uninstall

It would be best if you ask at the vBportal forums as it is there modifaction and it's a problem with their uninstaller.

i am mad at vbportal for not having a decent installer
