When a topic or post is deleted, automatically send to a "trash" forum?

So basically, I really need something, so that when you go to delete a post, or topic, it automatically (instead of being deleted) goes to a trash can forum, hidden from view of the members.

I know you can just move a post, but some people are stupid... so, is this possible?
